The Organization & Outreach Committee focuses on exactly that: board alignment, volunteer development, documentation standards, and the infrastructure that makes all the other committees possible.
In 2026, this committee is helping lead the systems work that positions St. Helens Main Street for continued advancement toward full Main Street America Accreditation — building an organization worthy of the community it serves.
